SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring an Occasional Receptionist.
Skill(s):
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and PC skills
Experience: None required.
General Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner; directs them to the proper person or area.
- Answers telephone calls; directs caller to proper individual.
- Answers general questions and provides general information; directs more specific questions to appropriate individual.
- Types letters, reports, memos, and other correspondence as requested.
- Opens and sorts incoming mail; assures delivery to proper individuals or departments; processes outgoing mail.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
