The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,200 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months
Phoebe Wyncote is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Development Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Staff Development Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective training and development of our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing nursing staff
• Assess staff learning needs and create tailored educational plans
• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and progress
• Provide ongoing education and support to enhance nursing skills
• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish training priorities and goals
• Stay current with nursing best practices and evidence-based guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of training activities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Requirements:
• Current valid nursing license
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience
• Previous experience in staff development or nurse education is preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively deliver training sessions
• Proficient in computer skills and electronic health records
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
