Billingsly Heating and Cooling is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Oswego, Kansas. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients. You will work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems and equipment. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and more.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of parts and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options and pricing.
- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Professional and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
