Stanford Court Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in helping our patients recover, develop, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities through interviews, evaluations, and observations

- Design individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, medical history, and capabilities

- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks, such as dressing, eating, and bathing

- Use therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, coordination, and range of motion

- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current state license or eligibility to obtain a license

- Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
