You’ll work independently throughout the day in partnership with your manager, aiding in the technical support of Redbox and other kiosks - ensuring our customers are taken care of, kiosks are up and running, and company goals are met. At the direction of your supervisor, you will plan and schedule your days, making adjustments as new priorities and tasks arise.

What you need to become a Redbox Field Tech:

Amazing troubleshoot-to-replace mechanical skills

A valid driver’s license and excellent driving history

Adaptable to ever changing environment and procedures.
