Market price: $6,200 USDEst.

Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Omni Mechanical Services LLC. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by installing, maintaining, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both commercial and residential properties.
Your primary duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with HVAC units, repairing or replacing defective parts, and conducting regular maintenance to ensure long-lasting functionality and efficiency. It will require the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics as well as having advanced knowledge of energy-efficient systems and codes and standards.
You will be working closely with fellow technicians and our sales team; therefore, the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, team members, and vendors is a must, as well as having excellent troubleshooting skills, time management, and organizing abilities.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (hot, cold, and cramped spaces)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
