Key Qualifications and Duties:

Ability to Identify, develop and retain talent
Ability to implement systems to maintain high customer satisfaction
Strategic critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Sound business and financial acumen
Experience in the development of annual budgets
Integrity, passion and intuitiveness
Exceptional leadership, communication and customer service skills
Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the facility’s home state.
Minimum 5 years of successful leadership in an Acute care / Long-Term Care Setting
