Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the PM Shift at Vista Manor Nursing Center. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring accurate documentation of residents' medical history, progress, and care provided
• Providing emotional support and counseling to residents and their families
• Supervising and directing nursing assistants and other healthcare staff
• Participating in staff meetings, training programs, and continuous education to enhance skills and knowledge
• Working in compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]
