Job Description: HVAC Installer
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Callahan A/C & Heating Services in North Andover, Massachusetts. As an HVAC Installer, you will work directly with clients and other team members to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with HVAC systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
