HVAC Service Technician

Summary:

Palacios Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will provide exceptional customer service through the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will work as part of a team to ensure our customers receive the highest quality service at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (including duct-free systems) in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and assess their overall condition
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Document all work performed on each job site with proper paperwork and tracking reports
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to keep them informed throughout the entire service process
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Participate in on-going training and development programs to keep up to date on industry standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
- EPA Universal Certification a plus
