The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $6,700 USDEst.

Job Description: HVAC Installer
At Tonna Mechanical INC, we are passionate about delivering exceptional HVAC solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installer to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch services to our customers. As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems.
You will be based in Rochester, Minnesota, and will report to the Installation Manager. A successful candidate will have experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. You will be working closely with our clients, so excellent communication skills and customer service abilities are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and systems as per company standards, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and with the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and provide excellent customer support.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including work orders, invoices, and service reports.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and methods.
- Cooperate with other team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; Completion of a HVAC technical program preferred.
- 2+ years experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
