Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistant at Maison De Lafayette, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering a seamless guest experience. You will work closely with the maintenance team to maintain the physical integrity of the property and address any maintenance-related issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the repair and maintenance of the hotel's infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good condition
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Carry out assigned duties effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role preferred
