Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a Home Health CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Your compassionate nature and dedication to providing outstanding care will help improve the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities
As a Home Health CNA, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of individualized care plans
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Prior experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
