Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Parker's Heating and Air Conditioning
Parker's Heating and Air Conditioning, a trusted provider of award-winning mechanical contracting services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver excellent customer service and promote our reputation for quality workmanship in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems and identifying the best possible solutions
- Providing excellent customer service and support, including explaining repair options, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of work done, parts used, and time spent on jobs
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself, customers, and coworkers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be on call for emergency services
- EPA certification preferred but not required
