Job Description: HVAC Installer at Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning
As an HVAC Installer at Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, you will play a critical role in providing our customers with quality service and installations. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions to meet our customers' heating and cooling needs. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team to help us continue to grow and deliver on our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and thermostats
- Conduct a thorough analysis of installation areas and ensure that all equipment is installed safely and efficiently
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with our team to ensure all project goals are met
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and service work completed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
