We are currently seeking a highly motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Odessa, Texas. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will represent our company on job sites and be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
-Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
-Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
-Assemble and install refrigeration and air conditioning components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
-Replace defective components, wiring, and tubing.
-Test HVAC systems for proper functionality and performance.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
-Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
