Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide at Marquis Springfield, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring all food is prepared according to the menu and dietary restrictions
• Delivering meals to residents' rooms and assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining area
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assisting with inventory management and proper storage of food items
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure residents' dietary needs and preferences are met
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and their families

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Prior experience in food service or a related field is preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
