HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Solon Heating and Air Conditioning. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for our clients in Solon, Iowa and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and service on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of their HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Keep detailed and accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC trade school or equivalent experience
- Certification in refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
