Job Summary
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems for our clients. You will work collaboratively with our team of experienced technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-related problems. You will also maintain accurate records of all work and ensure that all services are rendered in a timely and professional manner. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' satisfaction and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any HVAC-related mechanical problems and provide appropriate recommendations for repairs and replacements.
- Install and repair HVAC systems ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and expectations.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all work performed including notes on inspections, maintenance, and repairs done on each system.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new HVAC technologies and equipment and how they integrate with our services.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely, in accordance with company policies and procedures, and in line with OSHA guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (associate's degree in HVAC a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience working as an HVAC technician.
- Must be licensed and certified as an HVAC technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
