Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Bend Heating is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Bend, Oregon. As a company committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, we need a knowledgeable technician to help us maintain and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical components
- Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and establish positive relationships with clients
- Complete maintenance tasks on HVAC systems as needed
- Keep accurate records of all services provided
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
