We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Sun Kool Air Conditioning, Inc. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HVAC systems while complying with all applicable safety standards, company procedures, and local codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
• Identify, create, and execute solutions for HVAC-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex HVAC problems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Maintain all required licenses and attend company training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
• High school diploma and some post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Willingness to be available for rotating on-call schedule and nights/weekends.
