HVAC Service Technician

Your Role: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various HVAC equipment in customers' homes and businesses in the Henderson Texas area. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide prompt, professional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting, cleaning, and replacing filters and equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Document all work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
- Follow company safety procedures and protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
- EPA certification required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
