CWR-Specialist, Compliance

Our client, in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a compliance specialist, you will be working directly with the Operations Manager, communicating compliance results. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 yr contract management experience, Basic knowledge of and experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office. It'd be great if you also have: Associate degree in Business Administration. Job Title: Compliance Specialist Location: Syracuse, NY Pay Range: $19/hr What’s the Job? Process customer-mandated background checks, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) and drug screens Review the results of all background, MVRs, and drug screens to determine whether they meet the criteria Review each applicant's background and drug test authorization forms and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and usability Obtain missing, inaccurate, or unusable documents from appropriate Operations Manager Accurately What’s Needed? 1 year of contract management experience or relatable experience Basic knowledge of and experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office Availability to work additional hours as needed What’s in it for me?
