Daugherty HVAC is seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Bedford, Indiana. As a HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, safe and efficient installation solutions for their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Perform electrical and refrigeration work as needed.
- Ensure all installations are safe and up to code.
- Identify and solve problems with HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
