We recycle more than 234,000 tons of plastic, paper and metals from the waste stream. The Operations Clerk assists the Operations department by providing clerical and administrative support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support to the Operations department Update and input route information into the computer system. Route information may include driver time sheets, downtime, productivity or other data Assist Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries Maintain and process operations information, such as vehicle maintenance, accounting and route sheets Track all CDL files i.e. med card expirations and CDL expirations Maintain evening Driver Check-in process Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper billing and productivity reports Assist in generating monthly and ad hoc reports May also assist other departments including customer service Perform other job-related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard, mouse and other related equipment, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation Ability to organize various office systems At WIN Waste Innovations, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short Term Disability.
