Job Description: HVAC Installer
Lynch Heating and Air Conditioning is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Morristown Tennessee. At Lynch Heating and Air Conditioning we invest in the best industry-leading products and experienced staff for years of reliable service.
As an HVAC Installer on our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our commercial and residential clients. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
•Perform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairs
•Maintain and repair ductwork and piping systems
•Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
•Complete job-related paperwork and documentation
•Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•HVAC certification or training
•2-3 years of HVAC installation experience
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
•Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders
