We are currently hiring for a full-time Receptionist position with holiday rotation. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our residents, their families, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner
Manage resident sign-in/out process and maintain accurate records
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
Coordinate and schedule appointments
Provide information to residents, families, and visitors as needed
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational skills, dependability, and ability to multitask and work independently
Patient, tactful, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
