Resident Assistant (RA)
LindenGrove Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to join our team in Mukwonago, WI. As a nonprofit provider of health care and senior residential services, LindenGrove is committed to enhancing the quality of care and the quality of life for the individuals we serve. We strive to create a caring and supportive environment for our clients, their families, Care Partners, and volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to residents in activities of daily living
- Assists with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and other events as needed
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
- Monitor and document residents' food and fluid intake
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow standard precautions for infection control
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure the well-being of residents
Qualifications:
- CBRF credentials required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment (FREE training provided)
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible availability to work rotating block schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
