Job Description:
We are presently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Addison Smith. As an HVAC Installer, your primary responsibility will be to install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and specifications, installing pipes, wires, and other fittings, measuring, cutting, and bending materials to fit specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Installer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers.
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on installed systems.
- Measuring, cutting, and bending materials to fit specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of the HVAC system.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure successful installation.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas.
- Providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
- Experience with HVAC tools and equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment.
