(https://d25zu39ynyitwy.cloudfront.net/oms/000000/document/2024/6/SMVZW_USStrykerEmployeebenefits/USStrykerEmployeebenefits.pdf) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm What you will do: As a Service Contract Coordinator you will act as a Liaison for all Service Contract related items between the customers, Sales Reps, Finance, and Service Product Manager. Responsible for investigating and resolving Service and Repair issues including, but not limited to, pricing, billing, contract termination, renewals, etc. Work with Sales Representatives and Customers to review and enter new Service Contract orders to ensure proper coverage is applied. Work with Finance Team to ensure correct billings are applied, credit and re-bill due to contract changes, and aid in collection of overdue invoices. Work with Repair Authorization Team to insure the system clearly indicates contract status or pricing agreement terms with clear start and end dates Alert customers and Sales Reps of impending contract and pricing agreement expirations. Research past Service Contracts and provide historical data and cost analysis to Sales Reps and Customers. Assist Sales Reps with formatting and pricing for new Service Contract proposals. Train Sales Reps, Customers and fellow employees about service coverage. What you need: Required: High school diploma 2+ years of relevant experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Knowledge of production practices and procedures. Basic understanding of the Repair process as a whole.
