Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC installer to join our team. As an HVAC installer, you will be a crucial part of our company's growth and success. You will work with our team to ensure that our clients receive top-notch installation services. We need someone who has a strong technical knowledge and skills, as well as a positive attitude and customer service approach.

Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting customer's needs.
- Assess customer's heating and cooling needs, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
- Work with the team to create a comprehensive installation plan that will minimize disruptions or damage to the client's home or workplace.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all installations and repairs are up to code and meet industry standards.
- Communicate with clients regularly to update them on project progress and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Observe safety and health regulations to protect clients, employees, and the company.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience as an HVAC installer.
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- EPA or NATE Certification is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a manner they can easily understand.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, and climb ladders.
