Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $700 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 3 months
Job Description:
Dietary Aides at Oak Grove Christian Retirement Village are responsible for ensuring the sanitary and safe handling of food and equipment, as well as maintaining a clean work area. They work closely with the dietitian to implement any necessary changes and ensure all dietary procedures are followed. Dietary Aides develop and maintain rapport with coworkers to ensure that food service meets resident needs and serve palatable and appetizing meals in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include serving food in accordance with portion control procedures and assisting with daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
- Occasional reaching, kneeling, standing, pulling, lifting, and grasping required
- Schedule: 6AM - 2:30PM, every other weekend
