Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Mooneyham Htg & A/C, a leading provider of HVAC services in Milton, Florida, is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their systems are running efficiently, and that they fully understand the work that is being performed.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Install new HVAC systems according to code and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems.
• Conduct performance tests on HVAC systems.
• Communicate with clients about the status of their HVAC systems and make recommendations for repair or replacement.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed on HVAC systems.
• Participate in training and continuing education courses as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in HVAC service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
