As an HVAC Installer at Carroll Mechanical Services, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver quality workmanship to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
- Conduct repairs on existing HVAC units
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members on larger installation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant experience
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in various locations and conditions, including on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in confined spaces
