The Temporary Center Helper will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of varied tasks to support the center. This includes:

• Receiving and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
• Answering basic questions and providing designated information as directed
• Providing employee and visitor screenings per specified systems and processes
• Assisting with supply orders or distribution as needed
• Assisting with sanitizing and ensuring common areas are routinely cleaned per guidelines
• Completing simple documents or spreadsheets as directed
• Assisting in navigating applicants in the online hire process either in person or over the phone
• Maintaining a positive and professional environment and projecting a calm and competent image
• Helping facilitate tele-conferencing between family and resident/patients
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Aged 16 years and older
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn preferred
• This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs
• To protect the health and safety of our patients, residents, employees, family members, and the communities we serve, Genesis has implemented a universal COVID-19 vaccination requirement for employees, care partners and onsite vendors
• Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required.
