As an HVAC Service Technician at Epperson Heating - Air Cond - Plumb - Electric, you will be the "go-to" professional for our clients' HVAC needs. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experts dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation systems. You will also be responsible for performing regular maintenance inspections, replacing parts, and ensuring that HVAC systems are operating at peak performance.

Your responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician include:

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues and providing effective solutions
- Performing repairs to defective HVAC systems, such as changing out motors, compressors, and other components
- Conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, such as regular tune-ups, filter replacements, and cleaning ductwork
- Maintaining accurate service records and communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Staying up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices by attending training sessions and industry events

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid HVAC certification and a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
