The role you’ll contribute:

Preparation of designated cold items for patient menu, café and catering functions.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Reports to work in a regular and timely fashion.

• Maintains personal hygiene and neatness according to departmental standards.

• Performs proper handwashing techniques according to departmental standards.

• Utilizes gloves according to departmental standards.

• Uses hair restraints according to departmental standards.

• Gathers produce items and canned fruits for daily use and stores in assigned refrigerator.

• Prepares and cold items for patient, café, and catering meals according to menus and established par levels.

• Obtains cold prep production sheet for patient dining and ensures adequate food items are prepared.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School education or equivalent is preferred .
