As an HVAC Service Technician with our company, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and service repairs on various types of heating and cooling systems. You will work with a variety of clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical system issues
- Educate customers on proper maintenance procedures and make recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts and labor required for each job
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
