Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Saint Joseph Villa, located in Flourtown, PA, is seeking Part-Time Servers for its restaurant-style independent resident dining room. This is a great opportunity for college and high school students, and no previous food service or customer service experience is required.

As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for serving residents, guests, and special events. Your duties will include service by course, clearing and resetting tables, preparing food and beverage items for tray line, serving food according to the planned menu and portion control procedures, and performing pre-opening and closing checklist duties assigned by your supervisor.

In addition, you will attend production meetings before each meal, maintain a neat and orderly work station during service, alert your supervisor of any customer concerns or problems, and attend in-service training seminars as scheduled.

We offer a scenic location in Montgomery County, just minutes from Chestnut Hill/Mt. Airy and only 30 minutes from Northeast Philadelphia. Our facility is beautiful and we even provide a complimentary van shuttle to public transport (availability may vary).

If you have food service experience, especially in Long Term Care, that's a plus, but it's not required. This is a part-time position with shifts available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
