Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Midland, Texas.
As an HVAC Service Technician with Bosworth Company, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance of their systems
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including service tickets, work orders, and invoices
- Communicate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA Universal certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
