Payroll Administrator

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Spanish-Bilingual Payroll Administrator in FRANKFORT, Illinois, United States. This role is crucial within our service industry team and will involve meticulous maintenance of employee payroll data, communication with Spanish-speaking employees, and the resolution of payroll-related issues. Responsibilities: • Verify the number of hours worked by employees and calculate their wages and salaries accordingly. • Communicate with Spanish-speaking employees about payroll and the use of relevant applications. • Collaborate with the human resources department to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data. • Calculate additional payments such as pay raises, shift payments, and overtime compensation. • Issue tax forms and related documentation, providing assistance to employees as needed. • Deduct tax and insurance payments from employee salaries. • Resolve any issues employees may have regarding timesheets, payslips, and other payroll matters. • Update employee bank records when necessary to ensure accurate payment processing. • Work closely with the General Manager and Office Manager to complete a variety of office tasks. • Assist with dispatching and invoice processing. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and other Accounting Functions to process payroll for 101-500 employees Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Experience with ADP Workforce Now • Understanding of Accounting Functions • Knowledge of Benefit Functions • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and provide Spanish Translation when necessary • Experience in managing Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees • Ability to Process Payroll efficiently • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
