Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Floor Tech to join our team. As a Floor Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
• Carpet cleaning
• Removing trash and waste materials
• Maintaining supply inventory
• Assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Floor Tech or janitorial role preferred
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
