Job Summary

We are seeking a Teller (30 Hours) for our Broadway location in Salt Lake, UT. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.


Minimum pay: $17 per hour

Dress code: Business casual


Responsibilities

  • Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, and more
  • Resolve clients' problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
  • Maximize cross-sell bank opportunities by exploring clients' needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs
