Job Description

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Pruitthealth - Augusta. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our patients, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Feeding patients and monitoring their nutrition and hydration.
  • Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs.
  • Assisting with transfers and ambulation, promoting mobility and independence.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Keeping patient rooms clean and tidy.
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and caring nature.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
