Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $4,600 USDEst.

Guest Service Representative in San Antonio Aquarium

We're looking for someone to fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction at our aquarium. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting memberships, token sales, and passing on overall knowledge of how our facility/encounters work.

Have one year or more of customer service, guest relations, or sales experience.
Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit a proven track record of exemplary customer service/sales performance in other business fields with strong leadership abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be incredibly friendly, love to smile and have an uplifting and welcoming demeanor.
Have good computer skills and POS experience.
Check guests in a courteous manor using selling techniques to up sell tokens or memberships/annual passes.
Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and appropriate action is taken. If needed get a member of management involved to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Be on time and reliable.
Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
This person MUST have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Shift:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift

Weekly day range: Monday to Friday

Weekend availability Work Location: In person
