Small Solutions LLC is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential customers.

As part of our team, you will work alongside other skilled technicians and have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology to provide exceptional service to our valuable clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical components, refrigeration systems, hydronic systems, and ventilation fans.
- Install and replace HVAC systems and components based on customer needs.
- Respond to emergency repair requests, resolve critical issues, and restore functionality in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep detailed notes and documentation of repair and maintenance work performed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an HVAC program from an accredited institution.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
