Position Overview

United Living Community is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Development RN Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our nursing staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality care to our residents.


Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Development RN Nurse, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the learning needs of the nursing staff through observation, surveys, and discussions
  • Developing and implementing individual and group training programs based on identified learning needs
  • Providing hands-on training and instruction to nursing staff on various clinical and procedural skills
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary revisions or improvements
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing education
  • Supporting and mentoring nursing staff to enhance their professional growth and development

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [insert state]
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Previous experience in staff development or nursing education
  • Strong knowledge of nursing theories, practices, and procedures
