Supply Chain Rotational Program, SCALE
The Supply Chain Rotational Program, SCALE at Niagara will focus on providing participants with the opportunity to grow their professional skill, learn Niagara’s business and their home departments. Participants will spend 18-24 months rotating through a variety of departments to get exposure to different functions, build relationships, and work on continuous improvement projects. Participants will also get the opportunity to grow through learning sessions, networking events, and formal training experiences. Following the completion of the program, participants will be ready for a full-time position.
Essential Functions
Contribute to day-to-day operations and projects in each department rotation.
Bring suggestions for continuous improvement to rotation departments.
Learn the fundamentals of each rotation to make impactful contributions to the business.
Seek out feedback from leaders and peers to guide individual development planning.
Analyze and apply basic principles to each of your department rotations.
Make connections with department leaders and build valuable cross-departmental relationships.
Participate in professional skills development opportunities, such as learning sessions, training courses, and stretch assignments.
Conduct a final presentation on key learnings from your rotations and recommendations.
Travel for this role will be expected if there are plans for a plant roation.
