Job Description

As a Receptionist at Fairview Nursing And Rehabilitation Center, you will be the first point of contact for our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support to the team. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and courteous manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
• Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors
• Manage and maintain a neat reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
