Journeyman Electrician Residential and Commercial

Duties:

Manage and install electrical installations pertaining to but not limited to; residential and commercial new construction and remodeling

Create material and punch list and upload to company project and service management software

Order and pick up required materials from supply house or retail stores

Report project updates and challenges with supervision

Keep a neat and stocked company vehicle

Carry out residential and commercial service, troubleshooting, and installations

• Panel Replacements/Upgrades
• LED Conversions
• Can Light Installations
• High Bay Lighting Replacements
• Parking Lot and Canopy Light Replacements

Skills:

- Presentable meaning clean and well-groomed

- Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers in English (Spanish is a big plus)

- Responsible with a leadership mentality

- Quick learner and able to adapt to company needs

- Well-rounded with experience in residential high-end renovation and commercial

Experience:

- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification or experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics

- Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols

- Strong understanding of frame carpentry techniques for electrical installations

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform repairs efficiently

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
